 Mix the bleaching powder with Milaqua 1.9,3,6,9 or 12% oxidant in a non-metallic bowl in a ratio 1:2. Once a smooth, creamy consistency is obtained, apply the bleaching mixture to dry, unwashed hair. After application it is necessary to check the bleaching effects frequently. Time of leaving the mixture on the hair - up to 50 minutes - depends on the hair colour and its condition, desired level of bleaching, used technique, temperature in the salon, concentration of oxidant. After obtaining the desired effect, rinse the mixture thoroughly with water and wash the hair with shampoo.
